1. Seller

The Client Sequence™ is sold by Mentoria Group Mariusz Kluszczyński, ul. Stalmacha 1b/9, 43-418 Pogwizdów, Poland, NIP 5482482306, e-mail theclientsequence@gmail.com.

2. The product

The Client Sequence™ is a digital implementation system for beauty professionals, delivered electronically. It includes the 14-section system, the 40 Client Moments™, the Campaign Library, the Content Bonus, sales tools and the AI Personalization Guide.

It is not a course, a software application or a subscription service, and it is not sold together with any third-party AI tool.

3. Purchase and access

By completing a purchase you enter into an agreement for the supply of digital content. Access details are delivered to the e-mail address provided at checkout, normally immediately after payment is confirmed.

Access is granted for one person or one business. Prices are stated in US dollars and are charged as a single payment.

4. Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials inside your own beauty business, including adapting the messages and campaigns to your own services and voice.

You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute or reproduce the materials, in whole or in part, or use them to create a competing product.

5. Results

The materials are provided for business guidance. Results depend on your market, services and implementation, and no specific revenue or booking outcome is guaranteed.

6. Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
