Refund Policy

1. Digital product

The Client Sequence™ is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Because the full content is accessible the moment access is granted, it is supplied as digital content not on a tangible medium.

2. Withdrawal and consent

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right to withdraw is thereby lost. At checkout you give that consent in order to receive instant access.

If you prefer to keep your 14-day withdrawal right, do not request instant access — contact us before purchasing so delivery can be scheduled after that period.

3. When we do refund

We refund in full if the product was never delivered, if access could not be provided within a reasonable time, or if the product is materially defective or not as described and the issue cannot be resolved.

4. How to request

Write to theclientsequence@gmail.com with your order details and a short description of the issue. Requests are reviewed within 14 days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

5. Duplicate and unauthorised payments

Duplicate charges are refunded in full. Suspected unauthorised payments are investigated on request.
